RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Some items (e.g.,
underwear or customized goods) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

number. We’ll guide you through the process.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return Item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.You will get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few
extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
We’re happy to accept returns, and if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll
cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility.
